Marmalade recipe.


MARMALADE    RECIPE              By Lifi

INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg of Sevilla oranges
- 1,500 kg of sugar

PREPARATION                            
- Scrub the oranges in order to eliminate dust from the surface of the peel.
- Immerse the oranges (with peel) in fresh water for 24 hours in a plastic bowl.
- Put them to boil, for one hour, in a liter of water until they are soft.
- Remove the oranges and cut them into thin strips.
- Put them to simmer with half a liter of the water where they have been cooked and add the sugar
- Boil approximately for half an hour and stir from time to time.
- Remove the seeds that float just minutes before taking it away from heat.
- Put into glass jars.
